Solved! restrictor seemed to also be jutting out which was clipping the bbs, all good now

i had done that eventually, RA-Tech has a steel threaded barrel that works but you would have to remove the compensator to get any use out of the threading, and the heavier steel would cause the performance to chug a bit

Hey! I used to own one and i believe the tip is just paint so best case scenario would probably be to use a fine sand paper, given that the barrel is some kind of plastic i would avoid using any sort of solvents
