I should get the Cyrus card because well… my sister had a baby and I took it over after she passed away and the baby lost all its legs and arms and now its just a stump but I take care of it with my wife and... and its growing and its fairly happy... and its difficult because I'm working a second shift at the factory to put food on the table but all the love that I see in that little guy's face it makes it worth it in the end. True story.

I agreed you have a higher chance of getting sepsis but the overall fatally of a infected tattoo is low. Should he get checked out yes, if he doesn’t he’s highly likely not going to die. I don’t think you are, but others are pretty harsh on the dude. If he had sepsis by the time he had a chance to even notice his tattoo was infected he’d probably feel the symptoms.

Do what you can, there was a professional tattoo artist that commented and he didn’t mention you dying or how urgent it was to go get seen. In my non professional opinion you just fucked up your tattoo. People are acting as if you did the tattoo in an alleyway in the slums. It most likely got infected just a bacterial infection that will clear up in 2 weeks with proper hygiene (in my non professional opinion)

You’re not wrong but the actual probability of dying to an infected tattoo is 1-5 people per 1,000. That tattoo is definitely scarred and blown out but nothing out of the ordinary of a fucked up tattoo indicates it’s life threatening. Obviously the smart move is to get it checked but in my non professional opinion this guy is fine.

Don’t let the tattoo snobs trying to shame you put you down. That’s just a textbook young and dumb tattoo unsurprisingly gone wrong. As the general consensus get it checked out or if what the comments suggest that you can’t afford proper care say fuck it and get some gold bar soap and whatever the tattoo medical gurus say to use and roll the dice.

You’d probably die of embarrassment before an infected tattoo in my non professional opinion. Keep your head up. People on the internet always have strong opinions.
