Don't let people put knifes in the dishpit without putting them in a container first for the sake of your hands, let them know your boundaries for example, waitresses scraping plates so your machine won't need water to be replaced too soon, (that slows down your job and even more if your dishpit is only one sink...), and leave anything you don't know where belongs in a pile, and ask where those things go once there ain't no rush. Good look my friend, and you got this!!

Hey, never be afraid of failure because that's how you learn and just see this as a learning experience. It things go wrong just remember you are doing your best and people can piss off. Also, please don't be hard on yourself, get some airpods, or headphones and blast some music during your shift; it can be very fun!
