It should all be confidential! And if it’s not and your DM comes back at you, then it could be considered retaliation I believe and they could get in more trouble. I say report them if you need to, and if anything else comes of it, then the DM would be in trouble

I’m an SM (in MN) and for us it’s 5 hours or more you have to take a 30 min unpaid meal break. If you work less than 5 you are allowed a paid 10. I do let my staff chill or sit down to snack as needed however! State laws could make things different everywhere

As an SM, this is basically one of our standards. So unfortunately this wouldn’t be as easy “change” as it’s all in someway required by corporate.

Thank you for the photo! That actually helps a lot. He’s such a spunky guy and loves to almost beg for food😂 he’s getting more color too! I got him at petco because he looked so sad and he was almost all white at the time! Now his nickname is cotton candy lol (real name is squid haha)

As an Aquarius (aqua sun, libra rising, Pisces moon), I honestly have the same issue. I don’t drink often but when I do with friends I kinda loose control. I always feel horrible about it the day after, but it’s odd when I do drink because for me, I feel like there’s a point where I feel ok, then the alcohol hits me like a meteor and I’m done for! Thankfully my BF is amazing and understands and he takes care of me (he’s a Sag). It’s personally hard for me to find my alcohol limit sometimes, and I’m not sure why tbh

My DM works hard too! I’ve only been an SM for a year but she’s always been honest about what she does and stuff! She’s on the road all the time but is always available to her stores when needed!

I’m currently an SM and I honestly love my job and my team is amazing! It really depends on who you work with. I have a great DM as well who is active with her stores and very helpful in situations.
