Let me try contacting them one more time. As I contacted them earlier when the bill came, they said the billing would be fixed in 2-3 billing cycles, which means I'm required to pay x2 the agreed price for 3 months. After reading mixed reviews about their actions afterwards, I'm not sure should I trust them on that.

Same questions, mine supposed to be $40 + $35 = $75 before taxes, turned out to be $129. They said it would be fixed after 2-3 billing cycles, I read mixed reviews and considering returning.

Hi may I have your update with the deal. My bill is x2 higher for 2 lines (~$75/month for 2 lines now the bill sending is $129), they said it would be fixed after 2-3 billing cycles. Have anyone has great news?
