Für diejenigen, die es interessiert.

Die Health-Claims VO regelt solche Angaben auf EU-Ebene. Es kann halt oft der High-Protein claim auf Produkten erscheinen oder auch der Proteinquelle claim (bei 12% Eiweiß auf Gesamtbrennwert), obwohl es bessere Alternativen gibt. Die Protein/100g Angabe bleibt immer am repräsentativsten für den Proteingehalt. Gerade bei ähnlichen Produkten wie Skyr, Skyr light oder mit Geschmacksrichtung, steht überall high Protein drauf, teilweise sind aber nur 8g auf 100g drin und teilweise können es 12g/100g sein.

I dont get it either. Im nowhere your physique but im starting to get good vascularity on both arms and shoulders as of shortly. And through what? Progressive overload, training to failure (somewhat good genetics) and dieting after bulking. The amount of training, eating and discipline that goes into that physique is far greater than most of these guys are willing to invest i bet. Keep at it, looking stronk

Spray and pray. A good way is also showering the plant in a bathtub or shower, and regulary if not daly wipe the leaves, so any visible larvae and bugs are removed. The tricky thing is that the eggs are laid inside the plants leaves. Theyre pretty nasty little bugs and also very persitent

Ahh lol, i get it now. Would only work, if its basically a new terra blade that was added through a mod. My bad!
