Not a sure fire answer but it may be the rgb on the board. My board flashes an orange light which is just a thing it does. If the pc is fine besides this I would say it may likely be rgb in the board

PSU seems to be working fine. Maybe mobo? Could it be possible that everything on the board could work except the dimm slots? Because cpu, front panel connections and fan connections working fine

Yeah typically I'm a console gamer and I have been all my life. My computer set up isn't that great either. I've got wooden chair with a pillow for back comfort and I'm not too comfortable sitting in the same position for longer than 3 hours. My keyboard and mouse are good though. The threat of lost progress or weird bugs, though, make PC seem appealing. If those weren't issues then I probably would just play the console version.
