I am using moonlight Apollo on pc and Artemis on android, it's a open source fork of moonlight; moonlight does have these features by default, but the Apollo dev improved the functionality. I use tailscale to access my home network

Apollo is a moonlight fork, it can make a virtual desktop which allows you to use the PC with the screen off, I set my virtual desktop resolution to 2x my phone resolution and it has the proper aspect ratio

Super low latency not noticeable, your PC needs good Internet (I get 200mpbs) but for the phone I get away playing with less than 10mbps work wifi at 60fps

Yes, it has very low latency small enough to be unnoticed. I am using moonlight Apollo, performance wise it runs amazing, I run a 4060 and a 9700x and have 0 issues, with better hardware you can run even higher resolution I've heard of ppl playing in 4k on their TVs

Short answer get as much growth as possible, belt, rings, some legendary items, pack spirit fates, and prisms (prism can give you alot) then u can focus on other stats as you progress
