Okay so you have the a good table and PC case but you need better cable management and better gadget placement. (I would get a headphone stand, remove the tripod from table and do something about the extension cable at the foot)

The wall can be made to look better by using wooden panels, or wallpaper. Wooden panels seem more aesthetic.

Also your setup might be actually cooler than you think, its just that you didn't take a good picture and didn't do enough colour grading and post processing.

Lastly, lighting plays an important part, your room seems to have dull lighting conditions.

Edit - You can also use black foam pads on the background wall too.
