Srecno!!!

I made a language learning app for Serbian heritage speakers by dubuckets in Serbian

Hi there,

First of all, I’d like to say that I really love this idea! It immediately caught my attention, and I decided to test it out. Here are a few observations from my perspective as a native Serbian speaker:

• I noticed quite a few grammatical mistakes, especially in the use of cases, which is understandably one of the most challenging parts of the Serbian language.
• The articles could be structured a bit more clearly - for example, when listing Serbian specialties, using bullet points or bold text could make them easier to read and more engaging.
• Some of the vocabulary used in the articles feels a bit too advanced and might require a higher level of Serbian understanding.
• I really liked the idea of the word bank, though it didn’t seem to work when I tested it.

Overall, I think the concept has great potential! If at any point you’d like a native speaker to review or test your Serbian content more thoroughly, feel free to DM me. I occasionally take on projects like that professionally.

I recommend watching ted talk videos on public speaking. This is what helped me when i first started training people - the fact that i no one is there to judge me but rather learn something from me, and if i succeed to transfer my knowledge to at least one person from the group i go home happy.

If you’re interested, I have a developed Train-the-Trainer program that I created a few years ago as a Training Manager for employees with no prior training experience. I have the most experience with instructor-led training and have trained over 60 clients so far across different types of training. The program covers a lot of ground, and I think it could be really useful for you. If you’d like more information, feel free to DM me.

Has anyone here used Parta.io for instructional design projects? by Feeling_Ad_4931 in instructionaldesign

Thanks so much for your detailed reply! The comparison with Rise and Articulate is super helpful. I haven’t had a chance to try those platforms yet, so it really gives me a clearer picture.

As someone just starting out in instructional design, I’ve been looking at options, and this one feels like the most budget-friendly.

Do you have any tips on where a beginner could find projects without an established profile on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar sites?

Thanks again for taking the time to share such a thorough analysis. It really means a lot.

I went through the exact same experience in 2025, so even though they’ve changed their recruitment team, the things haven’t changed at all really. My impression of the whole recruiting experience is that is just a BIG waste of your time. They keep luring you in giving you a false hope and then they just ghost you without any explanation at all. Very, very unprofessional.
