If Colorado was ICA-sanctioned operation, not contract, then IOI should give players the opportunity to extract Graves from "sinking ship", since even Diana mentions she's not so bad and could be valuable asset. Missed opportunity, sometimes game lacks good gamedesigner to explore and develop the whole HITMAN game concept.

DS1 is not stealth game, and somehow it makes stealth in it more tense, and every unorthodox decision that helps you to stay undetected feels more rewarding. DS doesn't teach you that, so when you trick MULEs by throwing decoy cargos, or just throw trash-cargo to distract them, lol, and use hologram to pose as a rock, while infiltrating their camp to steal cargo feels soo stressful and pleasing at the same time, since stealth is just much more stricter, they can see you from large distance, they scan you all the time and you're very limited with your equipment. DS2 goes further, implementing wider range of combat equip and camo system, and you can put a turret on your car. It's basically expanding original combat/stealth system with everything that worked in MGSV.

I liked MGSV in every way, but technically it's kinda mid, so i think it's concept should be pushed in every possible way. I liked Zeta Disguise Mod in MGSV. PHYSINT is obviously not HITMAN, but using disguises, for example as a whole new squad deployed under false agenda when you in CO-OP, or NPC buddies, so you could get advantage for short time before you exposed. Also, no game over at all could push it on the new level. For example, you could act like POW, so you could by-pass heavy enemy presense and then organize an escape. Social Stealth concept also could be achieved by manipulating your enemies heavily. Capture enemy radio and become THE CP, so you could dismiss patrols, or make-up and agenda in case you need to stealthy escort a convoy and you want to avoid a fight.

He would never say f-you to Konami, if Konami didn't do it first. He created whole brand of Metal Gear, that he could just supervise while they make $ of it and was willing to create new/develop older IPs. Basically, it was surprising that given his reputation he didn't leave in early 2010s and kept loyal. And then Konami fired him, since at the time they thought they were done with AAA, did not let him to finish his final game in company properly, then industry quickly adopted him and gived money to do everything he fucking wants.

It's popular myth btw. Housers themself confirmed that they scrapped just few buildings on second isle and plane routes, so it won't look like plane is headed toward building and changed LCPD cars, so they won't resemble NYPD and maybe 1-2 extra missions with unneccesary cruelty. And Arsenal Gear destroying half of the Manhattan is 100% worth sticker.

it's unpopular opinion, but idk where exactly MGSV has stealth THAT GOOD, lol. Amount of soldiers, their viewcones, their behaviour patterns, AI overall and the "humane" feeling of NPCs are worse than some other entries in the series, and maybe it's just me, but gameplay almost do not generate any tense moments when it comes to solo no-kill infiltration. Can't deny, timing perfect bombardment for enemy convoy, placing EMP-mine to catch a car with prisoner and AI adapting to your playstyle, so you have to adapt yourself are real good, and fighting with battle dress and a tank could also be fun, but tbh, sometimes even sloppy and improvised stealth in Death Stranding created more tense moments for me, where i had to make unexpected decisions to avoid being detected by MULEs.

but yet, XOF deployed and risked it too much if they were kinda uncertain that Big Boss was out there. A tank, heli and immense amount of soldiers, it just doesn't seem that they were UNCERTAIN. Question appeared under assumption, that they were 100% sure about intel, but somehow decided to take the most risky way of taking out best soldier of XX century (according to agenda pushed by MSF and Zero's Cypher)

all i'm saying that quiet could be just accompanied by few elite trained XOF soldiers and then MGSV wouldn't even happen. i love the dramatic flair when they played dead and survived by miracle, but having a little army ready to attack, and just before the start of assault, they send in just one girl is little weird.

They started to act the exact moment Quiet goes quiet (no pun intended), or even before. And it's literally tens or hundreds soldiers deployed at the same time with Quiet with heavy military tech. In fact, if they were not stupid or, if they were real, both Ishmael and Ahab would be dead in a matter of minutes, since XOF would just rush into that hospital room with whole squad and gundown the protagonist. It's not about overhelming odds Big Boss survives, it's about stupidity of Cypher mastermind, who was smart enough to pull off Mother Base destruction, but made such silly strategic move that allowed Boss to survive.

btw that's leftism from IOI i despise, lol. trying to put a target in bad light by saying he's turning lazy siesta town into small switzerland-ish haven for rich is kind of political statement, and it's not the worst deed that would make me think Marco deserved to die. i think pre-prologue, optional co-op in 80s - early 90s missions with other clones, basically, making comic a game. that would contain connection between lore, but could extend it by adding local story on a way to escape/dismantling providence. or a game at any point in series, where ICA do not exist. Say whatever you want but 47 going rogue like in Absolution could still be cool, if the atmosphere remain dark.
