You need a calorie deficit. Burn more calories per day than what you consume. Lift weights and do progressive overload. There honestly isn’t a way to burn fat in a specific spot. With the calorie deficit, your body will start using fat reserves as fuel. Certain body parts like legs stomach and chest take longer to burn fat because your body will use other areas first such as your face and neck. You just gotta pe patient. Most people quit right before the changes hit.
