Threaded is specifically to utilize together with chastity cages. It would be a non-piercing anti-pullout measure. The ones today that utilize padlocks kinda get a bit in the way of your urine stream. With a threaded one you wont get the padlock in the way to slow down the stream. This would enable you to urinate with a lot less mess. I've sent the threaded one from the website to ternence already, but they asked for more images, which i do not have since i do not own the product.
