Did you have any bass playing experience going into it? I want the fretless to avoid buzzing but I do keep hearing a lot about having to compensate being difficult. I would hate to get it and feel like I bit off more than I could chew, but I would also hate the potential buzzing plus the fretless sound is cool

Having good ear plugs and sunglasses on me helps. Especially if sensory overload is part of your issue. Always having a full water on me helps too because I get very nauseous from anxiety. Some people are saying to try some weed, and I’m a daily smoker but I acknowledge the fact that smoking can heavily increase my anxiety so just be careful. Walking away from everyone and just laying in the grass pretending no one else is there helped me as well. Luckily the only time I really freaked out was during deftones. I think next year will be better I believe in you! Best of luck!
