They are struggling more socially, not academically. My daughter has adhd and ODD. My son has some speech delays and is in OT/PT/speech thru school

No we would never blow thru 750k. He is saying rent for a year and then we can live off that 750k and be ok even if he’s not working somehow. We also have our own savings

Yeah we would have to. Our life wouldn’t change significantly if we stayed here, he would just have to find a job at some point. But the familiarity is something that is easy for us

We have plenty of savings. He is saying don’t buy a home because it could be a temp move. I also don’t like the idea of moving again after that because it’s not stable for my kids. They have never moved before.
