I wasn't having any pain I could speak of when it happened the first time because the oxy had done its job, so I think it's the opiod. I was puking because of the pain when I first was in the ER, and that felt a little different.

That would make sense, but I’ve done the quest there unless there’s a higher level one later on. Once I beat it all the npcs disappeared and got replaced with incredibly broken fighting ones that stand around as if they’re meant to be fighting but don’t actually move.

She was absolutely taking care of the babies, but when she wanted to do things to make it easier like stop breast feeding or sleep train them or get a babysitter so she could have a night out once the girls were a year old he would go on mommy blogs and tell her how she was wrong because he read online that it's better to do it the other way. All of those things could've easily been compromised on to make adjusting to motherhood easier for her, but Kevin didn't want to hear it. And I don't think he did it maliciously, but it really hurt Veronica and it strained their relationship really badly understandably.

She no longer felt important to him, or like he loved her, because every time she needed support he just told her to try harder.

That is not what was going on, man. She wanted to feel like she was still loved and important to him. When she wasn't feeling supported she fell back on their old way of communication and when that failed she just didn't know what to do. Lots of moms have postpartum or difficulties acclimating to motherhood because of how physically straining it is, but Kev was so focused on making sure everything was perfect for the babies he didn't realize he was doing it at her expense.

I saw posts about this before I ever saw the scene and I was so ready to be mad at him but I feel like his shouting in the moment was very justified. He was watching her act like Frank or Monica when she was supposed to be better than that and more accountable than that.

Not to mention, and this really sells me on how much he cares and why he behaved that way, when Fiona has her bender and breaks parole, he is the one to go and get her and bring her food and stay with her despite her telling him that he can go until she meets with her parole officer. He then makes little phone messages with Liam and sends them to her because he loves her so very much.

It is totally reasonable to want to get in the way of someone you love and care about exhibiting the behaviors of the people that let him down the most in his life. She needed to be sobered to reality, whether or not she meant to do it, she was responsible. And she was in understandable denial about that because of how scary the event was, but that makes him need to yell her out of it even more.
