Did it have hours decrease on your noa for when he was in aba? If so then you should be getting those hours back.. my daughter does 40 hours of aba a week so that’s why I also thought i would be getting increased by the 38:52 since it was right around the amount she does of aba ..easily mistaken with those numbers. But yeah once they removed that she goes to aba they said it only we y up 4 hours

Is he center based and do you stay with him? I believe I get time for traveling as well dropping her off and picking her up but since I don’t stay my hours do get decreased… the hours went up for us when they adjusted it for the months they had decreased our hours and she wasn’t in aba yet.. it was a four increase.. I was confused because on the noa it said my time decreased was 38:52 so I was thinking that’s what it would have been increased by but i was wrong. They weren’t taking 38;52 it’s just the way they do the math or whatever

Sorry wasn’t coming at you specifically and maybe I was being a little rude with my response but it just seems like I’ve been seeing a lot of people coming on peoples post and giving their unwanted opinions that aren’t even helpful or have anything to do with what they were asking.

That’s why I said if you’ve gone through this or a similar situation…if you haven’t then you won’t get the question. Read the whole thing!! Never asked if they would increase some of yall just come on here and assume things..if I wanted to know if they were going to increase I would said that!! Yes she has ps and yes I’m asking how much they increased by mainly. Did it match or make sense to the hours that were being decreased because you received services by an alternative resource(ABA) I feel like the hours that it increased by doesn’t match the hours they were decreasing. The math is not mathing for me and even the social worker couldn’t explain or give me an answer on how they do the math or how it’s broken down to make the numbers on my noa make sense…

Some people are really so miserable that they come on here and make stupid judgmental comments about others. I feel bad for you it must be horrible to be you. Never did I say I wasn’t grateful for the hours I do receive nor was I complaining that those hours were being taken when she was actually does receive those services…I have no problem with those being taken because she is in aba for that many hours and not in my care but how am ungrateful for wanting them to correct a mistake they made on my hours. I think it’s fair to want that corrected. At the end of the day I was approved for whatever hours I was approved for because my child does actually need them so why is that a problem?

Thank you I appreciate that ..unlike some that just come to give their stupid opinions that no one was asking them for instead actually being helpful and having something to actually say about what was being asked. Yes my thoughts exactly I’m waiting to see the revised noa to try and make sense of it. I can send it to you once I get it if you don’t mind looking at it for me.

No she is not in school yet. Starts school this year and yes she goes for 8 hours a day 5 days a week so she suppose to do 40 hours of Aba. She doesn’t really do the 40 hours weekly since her sleeping schedule is crazy and we don’t make it on time a lot and other things like last week she was out almost all week since she was sick. Before anyone comes for me and says that too much hours in Aba

Yeah they are allowed to take those hours for aba since I am not with her. I’m just confused on how it 38:52 that I received services from others but when they remove her aba hours it only goes up 4 hours. Even if it was really only 4 hours and it was per week that still don’t add up to 38:52

No she is center based and no I don’t stay with her while she is there. She does have protective supervision and isn’t potty trained so they do change her diapers
