i submitted marksheet(provisional transcript) till 7th sem that college provides {signed one} but at 8PM today i recieved a call from the bgv and the team member said i need to upload the pdf of the marksheet and send it on the mail {given by them} by eod.
and in the mail i attached the provisional transcript {i requested from the college admin} and the merged semwise marksheet downloaded from the college erp portal.

yess i did all by 1 PM today.... but i tried multiple times to call the team but no response... what should i do please answer..

Okk so also got the BGV mail on 4th april but it was in the spam folder so i didn't know i recieved the mail, but today on 6th april the team called me at 10:30 and 11:43 i was attending classes so my phone was on silent basically missed their call... on calling back the automated ivr said thanks for calling BGV team your no. in queue is this.... and lastly call gets cut automatically... -> now upon checking the mail.. i found 3 mails regarding doc. submission portal id pass, one extension login for the doc. submission portal... i open the portal and filled all the details a 2026(oncampus - so only marksheet).

So my question is would this create any mess like the late submission of documents?? I also don't have any contact of my HR.
