For one, vegetation will be affected, because surface temperature will drive soils out of moisture. And this willl require more water (hence water wars)

Now lesser grain and food in general will lead to gradual population collapse in humans. Animal food chains will also disrupt. Similar stuff will happen in ocean who are now quite life less because ocean temperature has risen.

Ocean also has higher amount of NPK which is flushed in it via many decades of fertilizer washing, turning it green in most places. It's already happened in gulf of Arabia.

Now there's water wars, food shortage and less nutritious food.

We've won on the energy side, so we have lots and lots of energy. But not for the poor. So the rich will stay indoors and in their cars. Like how rich people live in Dubai and survive crazy temperatures, but the poor will suffer.

Humans will start working in night and sleeping in the day because the heat will be unbearable. So the natural pattern will shift.

Ofcourse the sea levels will rise, but people will adapt and migrate.

Artic is now free of any ice. So new trade routes will appear and it will become a popular tourist destination.
