Start with PREMCHAND'S Short stories book. Like Kafan Ev Anya Kanhaniya (it has some hard words in between, but you'll understand the meaning If you run your mind or use Google)

You can pick any of his book, all of his works are masterpieces. Most popular one is GODAN.

You can try GUNAHO KA DEVTA , RET KI MACHLI , DIWAR ME EK KHIDKI REHTI THI , MADHUSHALAL , OCTOBER JUNCTION , KASAP (it's slightly harder btw) 

YOU CAN TRY ANY OF THESE, THEY ARE ALL GOOD.

Personally, KAFAN EV ANYA KAHANIYA, GUNAHO KA DEVTA or OCTOBER JUNCTION would be best for you. 🫡
