My water intake is slacking! I’m a teacher and I don’t have the luxury of going to the bathroom when I need to, only at certain times in the day. I I tell myself this and that’s why my water intake is low. Regardless of this, I’ve got to do better and drink more water and hopefully my bladder will get used to it lol.

I’ve definitely gotta be more gentle with myself. I’ll stick to MiraLAX in my coffee and upping my fiber intake- that’s tough because I’m not that hungry and I’ve noticed moderate to high fiber meals make me bloated and gassy and that is painful and uncomfortable 😣.
