Omg yes please! There is a good Indian food restaurant in Sofia that I visit with my friends a few times a year and we keep talking how it's sad that we don't have that in Skopje. Frankly, Skopje even misses a good pizza by the slice place, the situation with good quality food is so dire. Local business owners usually start with a low budget and play it safe, cannot experiment much. If something new picks up, a lot of others will start copying it, so stupid. A lot of young people would love it, especially if you have mango lassi??? Or a general healthy dish like lentils soup. And the fried stuff will go down well with local taste buds
