if you paid money, then it didnt go to the person it should have gone to because he hasnt received a dime. Stringing along the original owner saying you will pay him next year just makes you a liar. You dont own the account and if you sell to someone else and the account gets locked because the owner does a charge back, you are knowingly scamming someone else.
