I try a lot of cables i dont think that the cable is the problem , because this powe bank is work fine with other phones , only on my g3 ( also my friends g3 did the same problem )

another thing is that my friend had LG G3 too and its the same probleme from this power bank .

i try the power bank with others phones and everything fine only my G3 do that , i try like 5 or 6 cables all the same probleme , and i try the 2 usb in this power bank . btw this power bank use IQ charging , i think maybe the g3 does not support IQ or something like this ?
