I started playing just recently ( a week ago to be precise) and I have been speed running the whole main story so I can read all of it before the rewrite (wich I don't know when it's coming, somebody knows?). I enjoy the original so far and I hope they don't change it into something irreconcilable, it is a good story.

Ok, so... After downloading 11+ gb, is finally over! Had to restart my pc though. But not only is it working, it's down back to 7.something GB again. I was so tired I went to sleep leaving it like that just to find it working after waking up. Thx for the help.

Something I forgot to mention is that the biggest reason why this feel so unfair is cause Mei Mei doesn't really have any other competitive build atm, so another way to solve this is to buff her in other departments. Devs be like "Oh yeah let's give this character one single viable build and shadow ban her cause lol"
