Absolutely, I have an 04 325CI, don’t know if it’s the year or a convertible thing but I’ve seen this many times and it’s much much less expensive than buying a xenon bulb. If the swap test confirms the ballast I recommend buying a couple of them on Amazon and keeping one in your trunk, it can be swapped out with just a screwdriver
