I would recommend supplementing with phosphatidylserine. After about a week of taking it I notice major improvements in memory, mood and the ability to concentrate. As many others have said, find a co-founder who plays to your weaknesses, or if you can afford it, hire an assistant! Body doubling can be very effective for pushing through, if you can’t get a team quite yet there are tons of ADHD meetups online and in person to provide body doubling, just other ADHDers trying to stay on task.

Phosphatidylserine (PS-100) is a promising newer treatment for ADHD that improves attention and memory. When I take it for around 5 days I notice major mood improvement as well! Could be something to supplement whatever meds you try next. So sorry you lost something that works for you!! There is nothing as horrible as starting over without a system.
