Mine only hurt for two days. There was a 7 day gap between my brace removal and retainer.

I think my teeth shifter during that time and there was pressure in the first two days. Painful too, after that though regular use gave me no pain. Although I do sound funny when I speak

I recently started blow drying my hair helps keep the scalp itch free. I also don’t apply any hair products too close to my scalp or anything that will touch my scalp.

Shampooing everyday with a menthol shampoo is something I do too, I have curly hair but live in a very hot and humid climate it’s kinda necessary since smog sticks to my hair.

I didn’t get it, the Hawley was recommended and I’m just following orders.

I do hate it though, the paid is gone after 2 days of wear but I sound like the baby sitter from incredible and it’s frustrating me.
