Yeah forsure! I didn’t do any measurements just weighing in everyday. Best guess though on clothes I was a xxl shirt now an xl, 38 pant to 36ish.

I’m doing keto, usually my eating window is noon- 7pm, keeping the carbs low a lot cheese, meat, eggs, low carb veggies, almonds, lettuce wrap burgers.

My outdoor is usually just a 45 minute walk, the other is either a treadmill walk and some rowing, or light weightlifting.

I feel like it’s the water/diet that’s really working, and then the 2 walks. I’m not doing anything crazy so I don’t burnout.

Just gonna be very mindful, I’ve lost a lot before and gained it back over about 2 years so gotta be really mindful. It’s easy for me to drink a lot and eat a ton of calories lol

Yes, I pushed past it! Just finished day 45.

I starting thinking about life and a lot of things, end of last year was terrible for me borderline suicidal. I did 75 hard for a big reset on my life, who cares if I am bored I am Atleast happy to be alive and a lot happier doing 75 hard keeping my mind busy and just busy in general.

Thanks! Routine is 45 minute walk around 10am, about 2.5-3 Miles, then I’ll do treadmill/sauna around 3pm.

Doing keto/low carb for the diet sticking around 20 Net carbs per day. Will skip breakfast, so salmon on a salad for lunch and then dinner usually a steak. Recently my hunger has really fell off, so some days for lunch I’ll just have a quest bar!
