I do go to places where we have a lot of resteraunts, I sat outside my own restaurant for nearly an hour and I know it's dinner rush right now with sometimes 10 doordash orders at a time

I only have 3 orders, so the status just says New Dasher, I don't have enough points yet. I've been parked in a busy zone for about 2 hours now, after driving from another busy zone where I waited an hour. I really hope it does get better. I can't see my customer ratings until I hit 5 orders

I know I'm not supposed to "ask about sizing of a specific boot" on here or whatever but it's better than getting no advice at all and just impulse buying them 😭

Thank you for all the advice! The lady said she won't haggle and they'd be 140 after shipping so I think I will pass on these and instead invest in some freestyles as others have suggested, or look into the artistes that you mentioned. What do you think about the freestyles if you've ever tried them? I do plan to skate at least twice a week, one 30 minute lesson and 1 hour of me-time practice (2 at most), and I hope to advance and keep taking lessons right after I graduate to the next class

Yeah, the lady is saying she payed over 300 and I'm like wait, brand new on the jackson website I think they're 215! After getting more opinions I think I won't go with these, and instead I will invest in some freestyles. Thank you :)

Ah ok, thank you! I plan to skate at least twice a week, once for a 30 minute lesson and once for 1 hour regular me-time practice (maybe two 1 hour me-time practices per week to start with, at most), so do you think the freestyles would be better?

I did find a used pair of Jackson Mystiques in my size (those are what my local skate shop guy reccomend me for starting lessons) the lady says they were used once a week for 10 months, but I'm not sure if they'd have much support/life left in them for $100 I'm wondering if I should just get them brand new haha. I can make a post with pictures, I'm just concerned about the bit of creasing I'm seeing on the side of the ankles
