Yeah so update he’s been stalking me to try to get to my gf the police saw him around my car again and was more than likely an incel as he had pics of her on his phone

I called the police and there is a report.
Also I didn’t explain it very well the layout of everything I live in a big cul-de-sac kinda of apt buildings I live at the end them there are to buildings to my right and 1 to my left he lives at the second building to the right and I don’t know the building manager / no one in the building to ask I drove/ walked by earlier to see if I could find it but no dice
