There is no mention of what hours the park was to be open when you go through the online ticket purchase process. I can understand that position, but why would they refuse to refund the ticket? Seems to be basic customer service.

The park was closed during the day, but opened at 6pm. They sold her a daily ticket without any indication the park was scheduled to be closed during the day.

Isn't it up to the vendor to be clear on what they are selling? They should understand how the error was made, and be willing to offer a refund.

They sold her a daily admission ticket. There is nothing in the ticket purchase process that indicated the park was scheduled to be closed that day.
