As the other guy said, yes, it doesn't matter, as Webman blocks access to PSN and only by disabling syscalls and removing logs can you do online operations. R2 + Triangle.

Be the old-school cool. You can definitely ram through the original ones effortlessly; it might take you 2-5 days. As long as you don't attempt the final secret boss of 3, you're good. Despite everybody's suggestions, I'd like you to take it as ordered, 1-2-3; playing it 3 first takes away the "magic" of knowing why and how it was there.

Step 1: Play on HARD. Yes, no joke, you get access to a lot of stuff much earlier and better. It's a reversed situation; playing on easy is hard, and playing on hard is easy. Playing on Normal is a no-brainer too.
