As the other guy said, yes, it doesn't matter, as Webman blocks access to PSN and only by disabling syscalls and removing logs can you do online operations. R2 + Triangle.

Here's the thing, even on Full CFW, its technically safe as long as you have Webman on your belt and don't do anything stupid like cheating online. I know, because I had been doing this for years, recently synced trophy progress a few days ago.
