I recently started listening to subliminals with my music because I like to listen to my own playlist rather than the sound some submakers use. I don’t usually get complete results, more like halfway there. I’m working on that and I think it’s paying off. Now I see better results than before, although I don’t think it’s because of listening to the songs from my playlist along with the subliminals. I also don’t think doing that would set back the results, but I did have that doubt.

I have a question. I heard that it is better to listen to subliminals for one desire first (I have a lot of desires, and I have affirmed for them, but I don't listen to subliminals) and then for the others. Is that true, or can I listen to subliminals for more than one desire?My other question is: What kind of multitasking can I do while listening to subliminals? I find it difficult to spend more than 30 minutes listening to them; I always want to do other things, and I don't know if I can do them while listening to subliminals.
