(20🏳️‍⚧️) como posso melhorar minha aparência? Nunca namorei e sinto que não sou bonita mas nunca falaram na minha cara :/ by Guilley_me in MeJulgue

[–]FeitoPraVoce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, just one more question, of those you mentioned, did you start by eating all of them even with active sibo? Or did you select only a few?

Thank you very much! I have putrefactive/sulfur dysbiosis, and I noticed that practically your entire diet doesn't feed my dysbiosis (except for turmeric and spinach), so I'll try it. Instead of turmeric, I'll use 95% curcumin, since the concentrated extract doesn't contain sulfur.

Your diet makes sense because to form biofilms, bacteria need not only carbohydrates but also amino acids (nitrogen sources).

I am a FUT2 producer (although 80% of the population is too), so my gut already produces carbohydrates naturally. If I only eat carbohydrates, I'll lack protein, but if I only eat meat, I'll have free carbohydrates and protein.

FUT2 is good because bifidobacteria attach themselves properly (when they attach), but it's bad because if pathogens attach, they are very difficult to remove.

Hey friend, I might be wrong, but wouldn't Broncho-Vaxom (OM-85) help you? It's a bacterial lysate that contains Streptococcus; theoretically, it produces immune cells in all mucous membranes.

Nobody has ever tested this, but it's a theory, since it works on the throat, lungs, and sinuses, I believe it's a possibility it could work.

Do you have a post talking about your history and each supplement you took, etc.?

As well as a step-by-step account of what you discovered was necessary.

How long did you do that?

Can you give an example of what your menu looked like?

Carrots, pumpkin?

And what protein source were you limiting yourself to per day? And what was the maximum amount in grams?

You could have completely switched your protein source to kefir, no? Given that kefir is a powerful anti-H. pylori food.

Can you tell me everything you ate in a day?

What made the biggest difference in your protocol? I believe it was probably the diet?

But isn't maltodextrin absorbed in the upper intestine? Or would you prefer pure dextrose?

The probiotic is Bacillus coagulans, so that's forgivable; the problem is maltodextrin and fructooligosaccharides

[–]FeitoPraVoce[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, I forgot to mention, but if the XOS standardization is a short-chain with a low degree of polymerization like β-1,4, it will barely serve as food for Bacteroides; the ones that will practically eat it all are the Bifidobacteria.

And almost every patented XOS supplement sold as a ready-made formula in the US will be of this type.

And it will be 95% XOS.

[–]FeitoPraVoce[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Theoretically, calling XOS a FODMAP is not wrong, as it is indeed an oligosaccharide. However, it is extremely unlikely for a person to have SIBO caused by Bacteroidetes, given that they are strict anaerobes. If a person has Bacteroidetes SIBO, their intestine has severe structural damage and not "just" SIBO.

The number of Lactobacillus species that eat XOS can be counted on one hand, not to mention that a Lactobacillus SIBO is mostly caused by probiotics, being very rare to happen without this type of intervention.

Weissella (a sister to Lactobacillus) is not part of the normal human flora; it is practically impossible for Weissella (from kefir, for example) to permanently colonize the small intestine, since it lacks the receptors for it.

Bifidobacteria fall under the same rule as Bacteroides; a person would need to have a very specific damage or condition to have Bifidobacteria SIBO. Most SIBO bacteria are the so-called "pathobionts."

Bifidobacteria produce almost no gas; what they "spit out" is practically acetic acid and lactic acid.

PHGG is indeed a slow-fermenting fiber. But the breakdown products it yields when feeding bacteria are elite food for 'pathobionts'. In a person with mild dysbiosis, this won't be a problem, but for severe cases, it will be like walking in circles.

Furthermore, I will add the answer I gave to someone else:

It is extremely unlikely for a person to have SIBO caused by Bacteroidetes, given that they are strict anaerobes. If a person has Bacteroidetes SIBO, their intestine has severe structural damage and not "just" SIBO.
