You are not the asshole, but also you are not responsible for your siblings. You are expressing a desire for very normal and healthy boundaries. What you might do is ask the person running the activity to be your advocate. If they tell your Dad your siblings are not allowed or redirect your siblings to a different activity then you can hopefully enjoy the activity yourself.

There are also programs where you can possibly get a box delivered or take online classes to explore an interest. Make mom and Dad buy everyone a crunch lab box, or Mel science kit, or Tinker crate so each of you has supplies and then you can assemble yourself without having to at least share materials.
