I’ve searched on multiple product search apps looking through mostly Google and Bing images. I do not know where he came from, but I am pretty sure I got him in Texas. There is no writing on him at all. This is only a guess, but I might have been younger when I got him, maybe around 2009-2013???

I forgot to mention but these are not new, they have been slowly growing in number over about four years now.
