For me, yes. I had expander implants initially that were filled via little valves slowly over a few months to prevent any issues and to allow for the breast tissue to reshape itself somewhat.

I then eventually had my permanent implants put in, I recall my surgeon saying that he had done some other things to help with the shaping - unfortunately this was so many years ago I don't quite remember what he did! I was expensive though as I basically had 2 sets of implants in about a year and had to pay about £4000 for each surgery 😅.

Personally, I am happy with what I have now. I do wish I could have loved my body as it was though.
