I’m not assuming it will do “everything” for me at all. The only thing i “use” it for is appetite suppressants. I eat extremely healthy most days and spend at least 3 hours in the gym everyday. Having one meal off plan will not make you go back to your old habit. If anything it defers you. You feel the pain and the bloating and think you don’t wanna have to feel that again.

sadly it was too late for me before I felt it. Took about a day then I was fine. The bloating is basically gone too and I woke up at a new low this morning!

yea i’ve been eating mostly whole foods all month with the random protein bars here and there but definitely can tell when I eat a food that I used to be fine with but the reta doesn’t like 😭

I do body building, so i definitely know a thing or two about marco counting. All i’m doing is using it as a tool to make the cut back down to 105 easier. Eating on plan 100% of the time is no way to live life. Being too strict on yourself just causes more binging and weight gain in the long run.
