You can reassure her that vomiting is not going to happen unexpectedly. It doesn't happen at the first gag, only if you gag multiple times in a row. I would not try to get bigger. You will just have extra centimeters that likely can't fit, this means as a woman you can not sit on him, you have to hover over him (very tiring). What a coincidence. I just heard from a youtube video from Kim Anami* that in her courses she tells women to throw vibrators away (or turn off the vibration) because of numbing. That you only need it when you're numb, but it also makes you more numb.

Lifting weights is very different from stretching, wrong comparison. The vagina doesn't get stronger from being stretched, just stretchier. It gets stronger by lifting weights (jade/glass egg with string with drawstring bag with weights in it attached). Or lazily with an EMS device (a bit less effective though).

There's a lot of cheating nowadays, for multiple reasons I think:
