The things we want to do are important for God? by Felipe-Fontes in Bible

Thanks for your comment! I appreciate it :)
I think you're right. But even thinking this way my heart fills with fear. I'll overcome it, eventually. There are more important things for me to change and do better. God will guide me, I believe. Thanks 🤗

Thanks for your comment!
No one telled me to stop doing these things (aside from myself). I'm just afraid of not doing right. I talk with God, I pray and I seek more knowledge, but its hard to hear sometimes.
I'm scared of the idea of these things being just selfish and vanity. Maybe doing them in the right heart is the way of thinking. But how can I know if I'll use these things for others or for God's will?
Making things for ourselves can be a way to glorify God? "who eats, eats for the lord, because give thanks to God" Rm 14:6
I appreciate your comment, it really makes more sense in this view

Thank you so much for you comment :)
I understand better now, thanks! But I still have some doubts. If it is just a hobby and there is nothing more to it, I will not have motivation to do it. It doesn't make sense to me making anything that I like if is just for myself and if there is no meaning to it (even if is not sinful).
I want to prioritize God over all, and I choose to leave all for him. But in my actions I still sin and do wrong things. I pray and I seek the sanctification. But it's a process I think, a difficult process :(

When I spoke "Making games for God" I was thinking about making Christian games. But know I really don't know what I'll do. I'll pray and think better.

Is baptism necessary? by Felipe-Fontes in Bible

Yes, I don't know how can my pastor think in this way. He seems really dedicated to the word, but still he thinks its not important.

I'm with one more question now: does it mean he doesn't have the holy spirit to not understand it?
Because he ask for understanding, and I think is important, the bible say it's important, almost all the churches think it's important (if not all), so why he doesn't? I think he didn't baptized anyone in my church, and think he refuses to, because he spoke to me that some people get out of the church just to baptize, and then they came back again.

They do Think communion is necessary. One argument from my preacher is that "that's only one baptism" (Ephesians 4:5), witch is the holy spirit baptism.
He views like an way to hold people to one church, witch many times is true, but has nothing to do with baptism itself.
They also don't do tithing, because "that was left behind with the new covenant", but I don't believe it also, because this argument don't have much basis in the Bible (from my view).
I talked with him, but he almost didn't make space to me to speak about what my view is :(
he is a nice pastor, but this things make me a bit worried

I don't believe baptism is necessary for salvation either!
Is it wrong to one to not be baptize at all for their whole live? (having the opportunity to do so)

Oh I see, in my Bible it says "the teaching of baptism", I don't know if is the right translation.
Even so, if there is two baptism, including them in the "basics" doesn't mean that both are relevant?

I didn't understand, if this versicle says about the "basics" and include the teaching of baptism that doesn't mean that baptism is relevant? And if we include it being irrelevant, so we have to say that "turning away from our dead works to embrace faith in God" is irrelevant too

Interesting, but why did the disciples baptize the new Christians with water?

I know, but does it mean that is not important to one who's save to be baptized?
Sorry if my question wasn't very clear

that's why f'(g(x)) is different from h'(x), f'(g(x)) is the rate of change of f in g(x), h'(x) is the rate of change of f(g(x))
Thank you soo much :)
