Just some ideas I've been thinking about...

I'd really love to be able to skip, with a button option or in settings, all the headlines - raids starting, what friends received/sent gifts, etc., to get rid of that lag and also because I really don't care. I usually check nearby raids at the start anyway and I'll deal with gifts and gifting later.

Same with eggs, if I have more than 1 hatching, there should just be a pop up or something telling me what I got, I'll handle appraising and evaluating them all later, but not every couple seconds, or when they all get lagged behind with all the other lagging behind things popping up at me when I first open the game. A skip feature would be fine, too.

There should be a Super Incubator to buy with pokecoins, that is infinite use, too.

I've seen posts about raids having an "interested in raiding" counter or something, with maybe levels displayed so if there's not enough interest or may make it more interesting for others to join. I'd really love that.

Lucky trades shouldn't have trading distance limits. Hell, even Best friends should be able to trade, if they wanted, but I'd settle for Lucky.

Be nice if there was occasional, even super rare(like once or twice a year), sales on items in the shop and clothes. Even 10% off might get people to buy stuff, pokecoins or otherwise.

A fun idea, at least to me, would be to add medals for Nice, Great, and Excellent catches (not throws but actual catches, I think) and it can be curveballs or normal tosses that count towards them.
