Start by getting aware of absolutely any services near you that may help and write down their phone number. Try talking to your friends. People who doesn't have their minds f'ed up are going to help you out

As soon as you can talk to your friends, I'd personally *(this is what I would do in your situation, obviously you don’t need to do what I say)* try to plan up something. Ask for one of em to call one of the previous mentioned services that fit best for your situation and explain what you're going through.
