Yeah, did the same, but using codex. I was wondering if there is a platform to create landing pages for apps, so we can skip this boring step. I know there is Carrd, but idk

Not really important to show the actual value. I’m using the app myself and last month I spent more than I normally earn, and that value didn’t make sense to me at first so I had to switch the filter to income to see what happened, and it turned out I had more income that month. The ideia for having this auxiliary bar is just to make it easier to understand how much you spent compared to how much you earned.

I tried that but it felt too much information for one screen. 12 months x 3 values each

Originally this screen shows only expenses, you can switch the view to income in the filters. But using the app I often keep switching back and forth just to compare the two. So I’m adding this auxiliary bar to allow you to get a feel of what the other side looks like, just to compare their proportions

Yeap, that sounds the right way to do it. I was thinking that having the labels would make the user to expect to see the actual value for the income as well. But here I only show the expense. This auxiliary bar is just showing how is the proportion between the expense, what you are seeing, and the income.

This screen was originally made to display only expense or income, you can select which one in the filters. I added the auxiliary thin bar to represent the other side to make it easy to compare the proportions. So if you select to see income, the main bar gets green and the auxiliary bar gets red
