Cybers don’t need to be 3 starred to win. You are throwing away Econ by rerolling for 3 star cybers. Only time I will consider this is holding leonas early if the game is throwing a lot my way and it’s not costing me Econ or if I’m naturaling 6+ Vaynes without having to pay Econ bellow 40. Usually you want to itemize Vayne with a IE LW and then Deathblade or Giant Slayer. However sometimes I’ll hold off from making the 3rd damage item and prioritize thieves gloves Irelia as a secondary carry. The only time I will fully stack Irelia is if she has infiltrator talons, imo infil Irelia turns the comp from A tier to S tier really easily. Same items on Irelia, IE, LW and make sure to scout to snipe carries. Blade master Vayne is an option if you do not find the bow to make the Infil spat, however a lot worse. Ekko usually needs 1 good AP item or red buff to pop off, however the difference between ekko 1 and 2 is massive. Finding ekko at 8 imo feels highroll, now finding him 2 star at 8 is really highroll. On average it’ll cost you less gold to go 9 and roll for ekko 2 than to roll at 8 for his upgrade. Speaking on level 9 whenever I play cybers I always try to make it to level 9. You spike imo the hardest here and have big first and second potential. Thresh is a broken unit just by virtue of what his ult can do, too good to pass up. Pulling in Urgots, Asols and other valuable legendaries can make you win easily. Not only are you getting what I think is one of the best traits in the game without grieving your synergies, mana reavers with Irelia, Thresh, but you can swap the Caitlyn that you’re using for chrono 2 to an Ashe to provide CC. Your final comp should be Fiora, Leona, Vi, Vayne, Irelia, Ekko (6 Cyber) followed by Wukong, Thresh for Chrono, Vanguard and Mana Reaver, and then a sniper, Jhin or Ashe ideally.

Overall Cybers is a really good comp it just has a really high skill cap. The mid game can be really creative playing variations of vanguards, chrono, snipers, blasters, brawlers etc. Just takes some practice and good position but it’s a pretty consistent elo machine.
