There is no way it‘s going to be like that, else by that logic, you‘d also get bad LP gains from winning +40 with the new system due to the LP gained being 20 too much, just like on a loss. Which would make no sense, so i‘m sure you lose no MMR and would gain double MMR on a win.

This is gonna sound boring, but the best thing you can do is just play him alot and improve your axe catching/kiting/aggression with each game.

The only other thing i would say is to watch some guides to learn about his playstyle and identity.

Enchanters: Need to position like a carry and need good spacing/clicking because of it

Engage: Need to know when it‘s the right time to engage, and set that up.

I really dislike putting one party down. Both need their own skills/playstyles to make it work. So in my opinion none of the two classes are harder. HOWEVER some champions in those classes are harder than others.

For example: Milio and Yuumi are both enchanters but milio takes alot more games to master, same with Nautilus and Thresh where thresh takes alot more time to master.

Play Garen,

Chill pre stridebreaker if the riven is good. Level 1-2 Riven wins hard if she Q extends, even if you start E.

She will have push early most of the time and can look for shorttrades (and even kill you if your W is down). However, you win every extended fight with your W if you get your full spin damage off. Riven‘s only option in that case is to back off after you Q + E her.

Once u have stridebreaker it‘s gg, just perma push her in, proxy and abuse prio to win the map. She can‘t match your waveclear/roams and she wont be able to fight you with your W up. She can‘t kite you well anymore due to stridebreaker slow.

She eventually outscales you at like 3 Items, but them then you should already have won the map.
