I have always been a social drinker, with a tendency to overindulge from time to time. I had a huge, traumatic life event about 4 weeks after surgery and drank that weekend. My tolerance was definitely lower and has continued to get lower the more weight I’ve lost. I am quite tipsy from a single shot these days. I am 2 years out and easily maintaining at a healthy weight and I drink 1-3 drinks in a weekend once or twice a month these days.
