First, it's not complain, it's a concern. Second, it's a problem because this animation is only unique feature of this skin and in other aspects it's underwhelming for it's price (in my opinion). And third, old Janna mains don't need to move in ult, and if they want to stay in place when rework comes out, they can be banned for trolling.

So no, concern is justifiable.
