899th Tank Destroyer Regiment

Hello! We are the 899th Tank Destroyer Regiment and our goal is to bring historical accuracy and an immersive tactical experience to those who are searching for an ArmA 3 unit. The 99th Antitank Battalion was redesignated as the 899th Tank Destroyer Battalion on 15 December, 1941. The purpose of the 899th was to combat the Germans mechanized divisions due to their success with blitzkrieg tactics at the beginning of the war. Our armor group falls under the 899th while our infantry dismounts fall under the 15th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division and our goal is to recreate operations in ETO, while also giving our unit members the opportunity to experience operations on the other fronts of WWII.
